Now the question is where do I find this size foamboard?  Well some customers have found them at Staples and Office Depot, etc but I never have.  I think those cases are because they stock it for a customer that regularly buys it after requesting it in the past.  Other places customers have found it in this size is at art supply stores, picture framing shops, some craft stores.  But the one sure fire way to get your hands on a few sheets of 40x60 is to go to your nearest sign shop, they use it to back posters and build up indoor signs so they go through tons of it and are happy to sell you some sheets; just don't expect to find it on the showroom floor, it is typically in the back as a raw material, you just need to ask them for it.
