The Mud Duck Sport is a 3/4 scale version of the Mud Duck Mk-II.  The Mud Duck Sport has all the same great qualities as the larger Mud Duck MkII, but has the advantage of a smaller footprint in your hangar and easier to transport in smaller vehicles, yet it retains that Big WOW factor and remains IMAA Legal!!! 

This kit is complete and comes with just about everything you need to complete your Duck.

Building the Mud Duck Sport is very fast, and very easy, unlike conventional built-up model airplanes.  Just take a look at the model, it's basically a big foamboard box with wings, who couldn't tape one of them together?  Well, you don't exactly tape them together but the simplicity of putting a Duck together is often overlooked.

This version is perfect for electric power!  The Mud Duck Sport can fly on very economical motors now on the market.  The Mud Duck Sport flying on electric power is actually a great combination; less vibration, no fuel to clean off, this results in the ability to build even a lighter airframe, hence, a better flying model.

All the Ducks are capable of carrying a lot of extra weight due to the massive lift from the wings and the fuselage has a cavernous space inside which allows for a number of possible platforms to use your Duck as.  Many modelers cut a hatch into the belly of the ducks and with an extra channel create a candy drop for fly-ins and a skydiver or parachute drop-bay.

The combination of high-lift capacity, lots of free cabin space, and slow flight speeds makes the Mud Duck Sport a great camera and video platform for aerial photography and aerial videography.  Couple this with electric power and , although not particularly stealthy, it is not very bothersome if employed in populated areas.
